    Pros

    Great people, good pay and benefits.

    Cons

    People in mid-management have no clue what they are doing. I have never seen a company firing people like Dealertrack. You do not get a second chance...

    Hire professional and well educated managers

    It was a great company with good management and atmosphere. Liked the location.

    Do not have much to say that was bad about my passed employment. I wish they would have not moved out department out of state.

    24 days of pto, on site gym, high tech building, stand up desks

    Cut throat management with no loyalty

    Advice to Management

    Communication is key and management does a poor job of painting a road to a rosy future. Attitude is if you have a job this morning, you're good till tomorrow when we decide to let you go. You lose a lot of talent if you don't have the proper workforce for the workload. You can't replace years of knowledge with lower salary grades either. Be realistic with your budget targets because sales hasn't come close to meeting sales goals in years.

    Most of the people you work with are good people trying to accomplish objectives.

    Cons

    Management is lost. Too many opposing goals.

    Pros

    I have GREAT benefits and I get paid really well. I also really like my team members.

    Cons

    HR couldn't care less about their employees. It also recently came to our attention that the leaders of the company LIED to their managers, who then shared false information with their team members about the placement of a hiring freeze. There was never a hiring freeze. They are just limiting everyone's career progress for reasons they do not deem us worthy to know.

    Advice to Management

    Be more transparent. Give your employees the opportunities you promised them. Relax your grip on what you call "quality" of calls.

    Everyone is very pleasant to work with.
    Being part of a large organization allows you to have room to grow.

    Cons

    Poor communication from management.
    Currently seems like there is an undefined organizational plan for some departments.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate to those who report to you.
