    Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. The company is great at communicating out changes in policies or services to employees and working to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and it is easy to get things accomplished.

    Cons

The PTO policy is not the most employee friendly I've ever seen. There are no sick days, and even absences with a doctor's note are considered unexcused. However, this is due to the nature of the plant work, although the policy covers all employees.

    Pros

A well defined business structure - you know who reports to you and who you report to. At my location 98% of the people are what make the facility so great. Excellent boss and coworkers- we are a team.

    Cons

Previously there was a more negative environment, but I think that this is changing as plant leadership has changed.

    Advice to Management

Look at what people are doing at the plant level in terms of cost savings and apply it at the corporate level.
