    Pros

    - Good benefits (used to be great benefits, but they're still above average)
    - A handful of coworkers that are very talented, dedicated, smart, and fun to work with
    - Job duties change - which is a pro if you like doing different things

    Cons

    - Poor management
    - A culture of not communicating or sharing information between departments & business units
    - Has been struggling with the economic downturn - from 100 employees to about 30 in just a few years.

    - Creativity and innovation are discouraged
    - Top leadership is disconnected from the rest of the company

    Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging. You have some very intelligent, very creative, very talented people - let them do what they do best and reward them when they succeed. President and COO should consider moving their office to the same floor as the rest of the company instead of having their own private area on a separate floor of the building.
