    Great management and upper management. Good discount and great team to build with. Flexible with pto and vacation days

    Cons

    Not enough floorsets. Not enough payroll. Too many changes in regional managers

    Be all on the same page.

    I have been working at Deb Shops (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Fun people to work with, trendy fashion and a good discount.

    Cons

    Low pay, not a lot of hours for part time and you only get full time hours if your a key holder , asst manager of higher .

    Great staff, Upper management very educated, organized company, cute clothes, great discount.

    I have been working at Deb Shops (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    It was easy work and somewhat flexible schedule. Started out with good benefits, but unfortunatley they did not last. Overall, not a bad job for retail.

    Cons

    Working hours were not great. Had to work nights and weekends which is expected with a retail job. Poor store management and district manager often did not listen to complaints.

    Advice to Management

    Management would benefit from listening more to store level employees. Increasing pay would also help to get better employees in the store.

    Pros

    Great schedule, great Co workers, fun with customers and we were the #2 store in the whole company. One of the best jobs I've had

    Cons

    No cons other than I wish our store stayed open longer than most of the stores and that was because we were in a temp location and the lease were up so they closed our location fast before any other locations but at lease they gave us a chance to transfer with our same position and wage per hour especially when liquidators were paying our full salaries even with approved overtime.

    Advice to Management

    Unfortunately this company declared back rupture in the middle of the Xmas season and we closed right after the new year

    For the most part, it was a fun place to work.

    Cons

    favoritism from some managers, too many late nights that were not compensated for and you don't get many hours if they management doesn't like you.

    Advice to Management

    none.you guys went out of business.

    Fun environment, great coworkers, discount

    Constant price changes and lack of hours.

    Advice to Management

    More payroll hours to help customers. It's hard being alone in a store for 4-5 hours at a time.

    Pros

    Meet a lot of great people, learn a lot of things to help benefit at another retail place.

    Cons

    CONSTANT change , high turn over, they expect way too much for what they pay, no payroll ever

    New branding, new marketing was good. Product was improving! Believe it was heading in right direction

    Deb needed more time to improve stores, and upgrade stores
