Pros
DAA is all around a fantastic work place, with managers who care about reps succeeding. They offer full benefits, fun lunches, company parties, and so much more. As any phone sales rep, you would not be disappointed.
Cons
I do not have any at this time

Pros
schedule options, benefits, remote positions
Cons
Favoritism with lead distribution, they do mailer leads only. These letters lead the potential client to believe it is a collection letter from either Wells Fargo, Discover, Capital one, and Chase. So that being said be ready to deescalate from the open of the 1-maybe 3 leads you will get every 2 days or so. You will make $1950 semi monthly they claim to pay commission every pay period and it is 100% not attainable! You will be lucky to get 3-7 inbounds per week . The training is the Worst I have ever seen you have to just figure it out as you go.

Pros
You’ll meet great reps at the company but that’s about it
Cons
Run if they tell you, ‘They pay the best in the industry.’ That couldn’t be further from the truth! You’ll have to work 6-7 days a week just to make a decent living. This company also used intimidation and threats as a tool to enhance reps performance. Bullying by upper management and reps was a regular occurrence as well. I watched two women I worked with leave because of the harassment they were receiving from people in the company. The turnover is so bad they can’t keep employees more than a couple of months. Long story short…DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

Pros
I've been working for DAA for almost 3 years. We've seen a lot of change during my time here, but it has ultimately all been for the best. I genuinely feel that management and HR care about me as an employee and go above and beyond to make me feel that I matter. The comp plan is beyond fair for those willing to work hard.
Cons
The communication wasn't great for a while, but it has improved dramatically in the last year.

Pros
Good benefits- gympass, incentives, etc Great pay More leads than I've seen other places
Cons
Working with multiple CRMs can get confusing at the start, but once you get used to it it's easy enough

Pros
I have worked at several debt settlement companies and Debt Advisors is by far the best of all of them. The lead flow is consistent, the pay is better than any other company out there and the managers are awesome. Thanks Shawki and Kendra! I feel like the company cares about my success and I’m happy to go to work everyday.
Cons
Nothing bad to say for me.

Pros
Honestly the only pros are a descent base pay.
Cons
Long hours including weekend work to even get close to numbers they expect us to hit. Their mailers they send out to consumers is dishonest scare tactics to get people to call in. People think they are being sent to collections. Very negative dishonest business practices.
