    Pros

    Exposure to new opportunities, non-monotonous work, work culture, work ethics, building of contacts, we get to learn new softwares and get to know about new vehicles which are to go on-road

    Cons

    timings are not flexible,the salary is low compared to the job, growth rate in the company is slow as it takes many years to go higher up

    Advice to Management

    salary could be better, promotions could take place at a faster rate, the equipment provided could me much modern and better

    Good Salary, Not much work pressure, Good benefits. If self motivated, you can use the opportunity to learn new skills

    Delays in projects, less opportunity to grow, too much politics.

    Cant think of any. According to me there are none. Its like a swamp so get in at your own risk.

    Cons

    Too much hierarchy. You work hard but instead of rewarding you, your superiors will go out of their way to sabotage your career.

    Advice to Management

    Todays youth likes to work hard and make significant contributions to technology. Such enthusiastic youngsters must be rewarded not sabotaged and back stabbed.
