    - You are given a lot of responsibility and allowed to learn from your mistakes

    - Leadership is loyal to employees and employee reciprocate that loyalty
    - Competitive compensation and benefits
    - The owners are not out to get rich off the backs of their employees
    - Ownership continuously invests in the future to ensure a sustainable business model

    - Still putting infrastructure and procedures in place to act like a large company
    - Normal growing pains of a fast growing company
