I worked at Deffenbaugh Industries full-time

    Pros

    Starting pay... thats really it.

    Cons

NO RAISES, cutthroat company policies, and no job security AT ALL.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees more, to make informed decisions for their own lives. Deffenbaugh is notorious for their management/employee communications. The upper management will lie and distort the truth until they are forced to reveal the truth.

    Pros

40 hours a week and a weekly paycheck...thats about it.

    Cons

Shitty Benefits, way over priced. Don't actually have a shop to work in but a giant tent. There are way to many chiefs, and not enough Indians, if you know what I mean.

    Advice to Management

Get your head out of your asses and actually care about your employees. Some people actually deserve a promotion but you just keep screwing them over.
