I have been working at Deffenbaugh Industries (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The Pay and the benifits are great. Good over time hours. I need 20 words filler words blah blah blah

    Cons

Co workers lazy, always helping the next guy, managment is struggling to be in charge, managements book knows how to do it better than the men who do it

    Advice to Management

Step up listen to the drivers. Punish those who slack off all day. Reward them guys who do their part. And know their getting tired and they feel punished for getting done to just be told to go do more.

I worked at Deffenbaugh Industries full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people you work amongst are among the best down to earth people I have ever met.

    Cons

Be careful getting into junior or middle management, The trends and loyalty of the customers with their contracts change on a yearly and bi yearly basis

    Advice to Management

Learn to show some loyalty to your workers and go getters rather than cutting out the employees that have hung in their putting in their time, just to save a few dollars so you dont have to pay out on benefits and much deserved raises.
