    I worked at Deffenbaugh Industries (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    it was a good job you came to work did your job went home ,was not out all day long had time to spend with your family.

    Cons

    the downside was the benefit you did not have the best . but you made up with working extra jobs.

    Advice to Management

    good job guys holding it down back then it was not easy but it was not all that bad.

    weekly paydays and alot of work

    low pay, slow advancement, no raises

    keep the experienced people even if they have work in another department

    I have been working at Deffenbaugh Industries full-time

    Pros

    Laid back, everyone is generally friendly and helpful. Good teamwork within departments.

    Cons

    The cost of benefits suck. Pto caps at 3 weeks and you don't get an individual sick time bucket.
