Pros
Had a great time for several years in Degordian. They hire amazing people, internal people are educated, and projects that you work on are great. Next to that, benefits were good, had a great office manager who was taking care of the culture of the agency.
Cons
Even though they tried to integrate teams from different countries, the work overload, benefits, salaries, conference attendance and mentoring process and almost every segment in the jobs was so different. Whole management is in CRO, while the RS part of the company was not nurtured as it could be. Management just did not hear and understand the issues that employees have. Because all of the management problems were known even to intern level, the culture blew up. In current times, CRO team is recommended, but would be really avoidant towards applications for RS office. I really hope that RS office will be great once again in the near future.
