    Fair and good company, excellent benifits. People are very friendly and the pay was fair. Management was very friendly

    Pros

    I never had any kind of problems with the company. Anytime I needed something, corporate took care of it. Good company

    The only challenges I had was working with people who didn't want to work

    In the division I was in management was great

    Their positions are usually in some very exiting places.

    Cons

    Sometimes it might take as many as 10 days to get off of the island if the weaather gets really basd out there

    Advice to Management

    Hire only management tghat has great experience. This position can be challenging and someone new in management would struggle.

    Pros

    Good local leadership tried to manage relationship with very diffcult client who was more interested in protecting their own jobs than developing good projects.

    Cons

    Difficult client (Government office) is more interested in finding fault with work rather than develop relationships to streamline processes to impove quality and efficiency of projects

    More senior level contact with govenrment supervisors
