I have been working at Delaware North full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun work environment, great perks, Corprate support, strong management team, Work phone, Work computer,
General Manager Jana is awesome, Salary, Bonus, Vacation.

    Cons

None so far. My general manager is actually good at her job. She has a great hold on our whole operation. She also allows us to be managers, lets me run my store the way I would like to.

    Advice to Management

Utilize the technology that's available. Could have better Point of sale, Better inventory program, kitchen screens etc! Still a great company :)

    Pros

Good pay, managers really cared about our success as a team. I worked specifically in Sequoia National Park so keep in mind I didn't have an "average" experience.

    Cons

None honestly come to mind. The scheduling was flexible and the people were great.

I have been working at Delaware North part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This is a self-made position. You truly get out what you put in. It helps that you get to attend sporting events and concerts and get paid for it. Very high levels of autonomy.

    Cons

You're going to have bad days. Whether that's with sales, customer interaction, etc. I don't have any cons about management or anything like that - the key is to just keep your head up.

    Advice to Management

People like being in control of their job within the relevant rules and regulations. Keep things rolling the way they are, and employee morale will stay high.

I worked at Delaware North full-time

    Pros

The fact they're in the Airport (Atlanta) is good!

    Cons

The Atlanta Airport operation is a mess! Management is insensitive, egotistical and smug! Over excessive & extreme disciplinary punishment for minor policy infractions! I lost my job, after 4 1/2 years, for not washing my hands after pulling trash bag from trash can! I could've taken a suspension or written reprimand but they chose to terminate me! I was and am a DAMN good Bartender! The ATL airport has too much turnover with their Dept managers and other service staff!

I have been working at Delaware North part-time

    Pros

World class plus service, score free tickets for working holidays or just because they want to give you tickets. Very clean and giving place to work at, at the Amalie Arena.

    Cons

I'm hoping for advancemen, and more hours besides that I have no cons. I've only been there about 7 weeks. Fingers crossed.

    Pros

Loved working in the sport and social media field. Met and networked with many people in the field. Decently paid internship

    Cons

Small office staff - management staff was not very active in internship - was closer with HR girl. Ended leaving early due to rude comment from staff members and asked to do post game inventory sheets
