    Good salary, benefits and people. Interesting product areas and ability to move around in some cases.

    Cons

    Currently in transitional state as EMC and Dell complete merge and adjust the workforce.

    Advice to Management

    Value North American talent more.

    Offers flexibility with class schedule and works with you regarding your availability.

    Cons

    Not much leadership. Felt like I was on my own completely without guidance.

    Offer some sort of guidance at each campus.

    Pros

    They're trying to bring us together as two unified companies. There are opportunities for growth and movement within the company. People are energetic and great to work with.

    Cons

    Integration has led to red tape. Benefits are not fantastic compared to other technology companies. There's a lot of confusion and overlap in terms of responsibilities within the company.
