    Good team mates. Interesting projects. Multi cultural staff.

    Cons

    Poor review without any PIP, warning or sign off the year I was let go. Lack of training for legacy employees.

    Pros

    Ability to work remotely, flexible work hours and the ability to purchase products at a discount.

    Cons

    Glass ceiling, no annual rate increase, employees are often over allocated to work and are forced to work weekends after working 10-12 hour days.

    Advice to Management

    Develop a formal onboarding process and mentorship within the organization. Take care of your good employees by providing them an opportunity for an annual rate increase. Take the time to listen to your employees concerns but more importantly, follow through on what you have promised to them.

    Pros

    Work culture is good. Initially provided onsite opportunities which are very good.

    Cons

    benefits are not so employee friendly and some policies are not good. Less technical challenges in some accounts. Career growth is not so hopeful.

    Bureaucratic - processes get in way of doing actual work. Different outcomes depending upon whom is asked.

    Pros

    Well managed company. Great Employees. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Other Engineers are very willing to help out others. Also, there is a great work life balance. It's a great place to work if you have young children.

    Cons

    Very Complex environment. A very long learning curve before you become productive.

    Advice to Management

    Salaries aren't keeping up with the Market. At least not in the North East.
