I have been working at Dell full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work/life balance and can often work from home. Steady growth model and room for advancement, solid benefits. Managers are approachable.

    Cons

Slow promotions, lower than industry pay scale, false promises by management. High degree of variance in the level of talent across your team. Can work for you (easier to get recognition) or against you (often doing other people's work for them and not getting rewarded for it).

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting based purely on seniority and work towards a performance-based model. Retention rates are rapidly declining because of this.

    Cons

    Immature management

    Advice to Management

    Stop with the favortism
How can we support a product without being trained as well as take calls via BT and successfully resolve customer issues if we have no knowledge of the issue at hand.
Stop the dating & high school drama within the workplace
    More diversity
