I have been working at Delmarva Power full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Actually respect employees, great people, great benefits, great pay, workload is going to be a little above average, but It doesn't bother me given the rest. They're also huge on Safety. Lots of career opportunities by switching departments if you'd like to try other avenues.

    Cons

Some of the peripheral departments aren't great because of the bureaucratic nature related to a huge company (which is getting worse with the Exelon merger), like if you need HR can be a pain, lots of 'processes' for random easy things, IT dept is terrible.

  3. "Great experience, lots of learning. Great team."

I worked at Delmarva Power as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Delmarva had a great atmosphere; everyone from bottom to top was friendly, smart and outgoing. Bosses were personable; employees were knowledgeable; and the overall culture was that people wanted to be there and enjoyed working there.

    Cons

The only con was that I wasn't able to stay for a longer duration.
