You need to network, bs and put yourself out there to get on any project. Very hard to get on the right project. if you don’t know the sr manager or someone from the team. Even if you are the most qualified person. Managers will just call old members to work on the new project they have no experience in.

-this is not a company where you can do just your normal 9-5, you have to go above and beyond bc you are being rated against your peers...who are 9 out 10x overachievers lol...but nonetheless its a great place to show your work ethic and ability to drive the company forward if you have the right attitude and are equipped to handle the hustle and bustle of consulting
