"Sadly, the progressive practices around talent and innovation that are pitched to clients, aren't practiced internally."

I have been working at Deloitte full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They are excellent at hiring very smart, dedicated people, who usually excel at whatever they done in the past; and there is a high bar in their code of conduct.

    Cons

The internal culture has very little built in to foster innovation and reward talent. Sure there are showcase projects that get play internally and with clients, but they exist outside of normal business practices. Almost no-one is happy with their reviews, because it all boils down to precious little individual recognition. And it's more than a bit frustrating to read articles by Deloitte principles that clearly detail why these performance-rationing practices are an anathema to connected business prosperity

    Advice to Management

Don't let the brand rot from within.
