    Professional organization with a talented workforce. Good market standing and opportunity to work for prestigious clients.

    Cons

    At times slightly understaffed leading to unnecessary work pressure. However it does help in quick learning in a way.

    Advice to Management

    MBAs though preferable for Consulting jobs, CA's maybe equally good and should be considered.

    Employee first strategy and very good working culture.

    Have to spend atleast 2yrs to switch to another service line. Which is not a big deal..
