    Pros

    Good work culture with work-life balance..
    Work from home for one day
    Lot of company sponsored happy hours and outings.

    Cons

    Very hard to get promoted.
    Try to keep you as the current level to reduce client and company cost per hour.

    Advice to Management

    Try to award good performance & encourage people on good work.

    Dealing with tough client is extreme challenging;
    Needs to learn new things all the time.

    Advice to Management

    Please kindly offer higher salary to entry level employees. The salary here is not at all attractive to good graduates.
