The people are great, salaries are competitive and the opportunities to learn are abundant
Cons
Most of the US firms back office resources are overseas. Too much emphasis on working remotely and the office of the future eliminates privacy.
Advice to Management
Years ago Deloiite was about its people and it was a wonderful place to work. It's now more elitist and only the top of pyramid is treated well

Lots of experience, the opportunity to work on many projects and quickly absorb a wealth of knowledge is a plus.
Cons
Growth for top performers is underwhelming, retention rates for minorities are below standard. Seems too political at times.
Advice to Management
Focus efforts on top Performers (Rated 1 or 2) especially minorities to try to avoid the 2-3 year turnover rate that seems to be larger than some competitors.
