I have been working at Deloitte for more than a year
Hours, relatively laid back management, treated well during holidays.
Ridiculous goals, no one to talk to, training of system constantly, breaks are silly (hold your pee or your stats go down...) This IS NOT a normal call center. So, don’t think it is. You’re dictating, VERBATIM, not speaking to anyone.
Advice to Management
I think it’s great that you’re helping people with hearing disabilities... how about helping your employees with disabilities as well?Deloitte2018-12-30
