I have been working at Deloitte for more than a year
Pros
They treat interns like gods. There are weekly events, most lunches are free and they send you to Dallas for training. Overall, just an amazingly fun internship
Cons
The work is boring. I've been testing controls for the entire internship for client work. Other market offerings in Advisory seem to be doing cooler stuff. Avoid assurance.
Advice to Management
The internship itself is amazing but try to find work that is a bit more exciting for interns especially in assurance.
