Bureaucracy-despite using all the buzzwords "innovation, "disruption", etc. the firm is far too large to be agile
Hierarchy-get ahead by stroking the right egos
Limited career advancement for internal employees
No 360 feedback for internal leaders
Advice to Management
Require upward feedback for internal leaders, hire some external MBAs to advise partners on business matters. Partners know accounting, but do not have the skills to really run a business of this size.
