    I worked at Deloitte full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits, can usually take pto when you needed to. They even have a childcare benefit where they pay for a fancy daycare downtown while you work. They offered decent pay. All departments are salaried. Some really nice people work there.

    Cons

    Ever changing environment. Sometimes for better sometimes the changes are for worse. I wish they would stick with some of the same processes instead of changing policies on a monthly basis. Some people have very difficult personalities and don't want to help you succeed.

    Advice to Management

    Find a good process and stick with it. Develop personal development plans for all employees, not just client facing.
