I have been working at Deloitte full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Great people and culture
    - Benefits: paid lunches, paid happy hours, paid late night Ubers, pre-tax transportation, 401k match, parental leave
    - Deloitte University is a top-notch training facility

    Cons

    - Internal firm initiatives are required
    - Year-end review is all about who knows you, rather than your performance

I have been working at Deloitte full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working with Deloitte Digital, you are always at the forefront of technology, digital, IoT and analytics. Good pay and great benefits, amazing people. Great opportunities if you're the type to go after them.

    Cons

Work-life balance is a huge problem. Leadership is trying to make it better, but projects are always understaffed to lower costs and the team has to make up for it.

    Advice to Management

Get more involved with training and coaching, find a way to make work hours more reasonable for technology projects

I worked at Deloitte full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Deloitte really takes care of their employees and depending on which team you are in, they take extra steps to making you feel part of the company. I got to work on different great clients. Big learning curve. Great University & training

    Cons

I was always expected to spend 9-10 hours a day working, even if I didn't have work to do or we were waiting for stuff from the client. I didn't like the work I was doing because Accounting just isn't for me.

    Advice to Management

My manager was amazing and made sure to build relationships with every team member. However, getting staffed on clients year round is hard if your or another manager does not free up you calendar
