    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Control, freedom, and client access in a consultancy is way better than at an agency. No inherent hierarchy. Get to work in a wide rage of industries and technologies. Finally have job security.

    Cons

The work is only digital so I do miss more holistic brand projects. Working for Deloitte as a creative involves a lot of corporate weirdness and Senior Manageto are nightmares!!!

    Advice to Management

Stop underpaying the creatives compares to the other consultants!!!!!

I worked at Deloitte full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good quality of top management; a relatively employee-friendly work environment, great training inputs provided to employees to learn, network and grow

    Cons

Growth here depends not only on what you know, but who you know! Networking is the key to success. This is very disturbing for employees who are not comfortable networking, but believe in letting their work talk about themselves.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest on the growth of employees through the fabulous training programs in place; reduce the importance of networking for career advancement
