    They have a world-class mentoring and on-boarding program. The expectations are high and they provide the environment and tools to reach them.

    Cons

    It can be a conservative environment in terms of the formality of interactions and the dress code. The workload is high and you can expect to be working on your weekends.

    Pros

    Lots of really talented staff, managers, and partners.

    Cons

    Too big, too structured, too stiff. The really talented team is so diluted and mixed in with the mediocrity. Too many internal hurdles.

    Advice to Management

    Your conservative approach took too long to remove the under-performing staff.

    I have been working at Deloitte full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good culture, and a very pleasant sense of smells in a range of different office areas and such that could be bettered by jumping around all over the area.

    Cons

    Difficult to communicate with other departments, but this could be changed by training monkeys to run between departments.

    Advice to Management

    Well I suppose they could pay everyone £1m a day and things would improve, just a suggestions but worth considering guys.
