    I worked at Deloitte full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    You will be on-boarded and have lots of information thrown at you. It is a very structured environment that will reward you in theory if you work very hard. There is a lot of networking opportunities and sense of community

    Cons

    Feedback can be hit or miss. You can work excessive hours and not be compensated for them. very little small margin of error Expectations are not always communicated well
