I have been working at Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered full-time

    Pros

Long-term employees are great resources. Current staff make the day go by faster because they are great to work with.

    Cons

The office is ALWAYS open, even when DDOT suggests closing.

    Advice to Management

Senior management could be a little more open with the state of the company more frequently throughout the year.
