I have been working at Delphi full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Delphi has a strong corporate culture of innovation. They work to reward and retain talent, especially engineer and finance. They are leaders in technology sector making the cars safer, greener and more connected.

    Cons

Delphi, being a public company, is very driven by the numbers, even to the point of cutting needed workers. This seems to happen quarter by quarter if Delphi is not matching Wallstreets expectations.

    Advice to Management

Please communicate with how we are tracking to bonuses. Most people outside the company see the current profitability of the company, but this not seem to trickle down to the workers.
