I have been working at Delphi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Large Company with good promotional potential. Well positioned for the advent of the Autonomous Car.

    Cons

Easy to get lost in the shuffle because it is a big company. Like all automotive companies is very susceptible to market swings. Training Programs are few and far between. Job is usually trial by fire.

    I worked at Delphi full-time

    Pros

Payment was attractive but not very high. Location. California is attractive, but very, enormously expensive. The cost of living eat the compensation tremendously.
Hard to find other pros in order to complete this strange norm for 20 word to describe the pros. There are no other pros to mention here. Terrible management, terrible culture, policies, practices.

    Cons

Experienced discrimination, forms of xenophobia and racism, harassment at workplace and virtually absence of the workplace, arbitrariness, lie, falsification and some other practices usually unacceptable in the professional environment. Some managers lie and support those outrageous practices.

    Advice to Management

Management participates in this. Hard to expect that it follows the advice.
