    I worked at Delta Air Lines as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

    Delta has a great culture and treats it's employees very well. I really enjoyed my time here and met a lot of great people. Flight benefits were great too.

    Cons

    Projects can come with a lot of red tape and things can move slowly. This is pretty typical with large companies.

    Keep doing what you're doing

    Seniority based salary and scheduling leaves for VERY undesirable schedules and salaries. You work for the flight benefits.

    Loved this position. Great co-workers, Great performance managers, interesting position all around.

    Cons

    Still work odd hours with odd days off depending on your seniority. VERY hard to move out and up from this department

    Great benefits. Amazing culture. A ton of internal opportunities. It's truly a family.

    Heavily influenced by external factors causing outlook to be hard to predict, although management seems to have figured out a formula to keep us profitable and competitive
