    High-stress environment
    Have to work in dangerous environments
    Sometimes have to be a babysitter to adults
    Despite seniority bids for different shifts, you can sometimes be placed on different shifts based on operational need.

    Advice to Management

    Provide additional training opportunities to leaders so that they can continue to develop their skills and add to their experiences. If Leaders grow stagnant, they may be more prone to leaving for other opportunities. Most leaders are not motivated by money, but more so by opportunities make an impact on their respective operations.

    One of the greatest pros about the employment is joining a global family that is 80,000 strong. It is a sensation that can not be described, only experienced.

    Sitting all shift
    Lunch is a half hour not enough time to go get a decent meal
    Not enough computers and stations
    Material for customers is rare

    Need to have a open door policy with ALL your employees not just Superviors. Reward your team. Show motivation
