The spirit of the people you work with is what makes this a career, not just a job. Between profit sharing, forward thinking technology, and innovation paired with investing in local jobs, there is no other place I'd rather work.

Cons

You salary can been slightly lower than other businesses because of the employee benefits for flight and health. Also, most employees have 15+ years so it's tough to get seniority.

Pros

I like the flight destination very much and the employee benefit like free tickets are really great! I also appreciate the work & life balance policy.

The salary is not so much satisfactory and sometimes the layover time between two flight is very short.

Pros

Unusually benevolent corporate philosophy, encouraging employees to do the right thing by customers and each other. Profit sharing program is nice (although would prefer to see the income in base salary). Opportunity to move around the company to learn new aspects of the business, if you are a high performer.

Cons

Salary is less than average for my position in other industries. Flight benefits have become less valuable as available seats are more difficult to find. Based in Atlanta, outside the city center.
