    Plenty of work and learning

    Cons

    Long work hours
    Bad Management/Micro management
    Shorted on Holidays
    Small work areas
    Lack of training
    Lots of employee turn over

    Need to implement new processes for culture/work environment

    Good co-workers, appreciated the former management and director.

    Cons

    No opportunity to grow
    Upper Management always cared for themselves not the people
    Wages are ridiculous, after you reach the max there is no more

    show appreciation to your employees and give credit where is due

    Pros

    Developer team was like a family. Very close teamwork

    Management had some issues overall

    Make sure to have someone who has development experience manage developers

    Pros

    The people are great. I will miss our work family.

    Cons

    The plant will no longer be in operation in Maiden. This was a well established business for many years. Sad to see it go.

    Pros

    Good company, good product, good people. Was nice that something was still actually made in the US.

    Cons

    Corporate has decided to close plant an move production off shore. 156 people no longer have a job.

    They gave out a lot of overtime

    Management didn't know what they were doing, unorganized and no room from growth.

    allowed a company discount on apparel.

    Cons

    its about who you know in this company. Payroll Manager at the time was very mean.

    Advice to Management

    Stop being shady towards employees. be honest and keep them informed of changing situations.

    Pros

    Not too many pros. The start times are later in the morning if you are not a morning person. Almost all weekends off.

    Cons

    Top out pay. Lots of overtime. Never know when you will leave work. Managers and leads are clueless. Almost impossible expectations.

    Advice to Management

    Actually listen to the employees. And grow some balls to tell the horrible and lazy leads to actually do their job.
