    Pros

Great Benefits. 401k match and pension. Paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
A lot of employee functions, company picnic, Christmas party.
Good company if you want a steady job that you can stay in for 40 years and retire.

    Cons

    FAVORITISM.
    No room for advancement.
Many promises made and none delivered.
They say that positions are posted internally and current employees are giving the chance to fill these position before outside candidates are considered. This is not true and has caused many good hard workers to leave.
Managers are overworked and can rarely keep up with the needs of their employees.
