I have been working at Delta Global Staffing (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I work there just for the free/ discounted flight benefits. I enjoy coworkers and most management. They pay 65 every year to get new steel toe shoes.

    Cons

Very hard to work for too much rules and regulations. They provide one uniform when you start and expect you to wear that for many years after.

    Advice to Management

They need to keep current employees happy instead of firing and hiring people. The turn over is horrible

I worked at Delta Global Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free flying benefits and you learn how to operate different vehicles. Got to meet new people and see new things.

    Cons

I always had to work overtime until late at night or early in the morning. The management had a lot of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Supervise your people a little better.

    Pros

This company is good with providing job opportunities for professionals interested in working with Delta Airlines and it's affiliates. I have been hired for jobs that have allowed for me to contribute my talent while growing professionally.

    Cons

The majority of the jobs that I'm aware of are at an entry level status but you may be able to leverage your opportunity into a higher level one.

    Advice to Management

Provide more competitive job opportunities for various levels to bring in more talent to the Delta organization.

    Pros

Flight benefits, but limited. No companions. No Buddy passes.

    Cons

7.50 an hour. With no consideration of better salary. Even though you provide clean and tide planes.

    Advice to Management

Bring up the minimum wage all around the country, for the same job description, starting no less than 10 an hour

    Pros

flight benefit. if you survive the slavery. that is it.

    Cons

This is just Slavery in a legal way.

DGS management does not care about what you think, how you feel, even if you die (as long as you don't die while you are working under their shift.

in another words while you sit in the break room Manager will come in Drop some memos that say do this. the next date he will drop same memo that says do the opposite. if you don't follow you are FIRED unless it is winter then they will make excuses. just mafia runs DGS that is all i can say

if you are late 1 minutes it is the same as being late 1 hour lol. and $10/hr? really ? i would rather work as volunteer than that. just keep your $10/hr and give me some respect, recognition and good treatment while at work.

    Advice to Management

DGS just let this run by Mainline DELTA.
I know Delta saves tons of money have you guys but this is going to effect the AWESOME company that we all love (Delta).

    to Delta,

I would rather work for you and not have to deal wit these crooks. pay me even less. at least someone that cares about us.

DGS is damaging the repuration that DELTA worked hard.

I have been working at Delta Global Staffing part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

okay flight benefits. The people that you work with are generally nice, but no one really sticks around long enough to get to know them. I have seen at least 20 people leave in a yr and a half of working at a small airport.

    Cons

Pay is a joke especially compared to Delta. They get profit sharing, s2's, higher normal standby levels even for retirees, fly confirmed for less, and buddy passes for doing the same tasks.

    Advice to Management

Give us some s2s, better profit sharing, free flights on airlines other than delta, and better pay. Think how much money you waste on training people who don't end up lasting even a month due to the terrible pay for the amount of work you do.
