Pros
Ability to manage your own time. Ability to write your own paycheck as long as you use the tools that are provided to be successful. No one will pay you to not work or to call in sick, but the management at Delta will show you how to make a great living for you and your family and to create a nice nest egg for yourself is you desire to retire with this company. Delta has been in business for over 60 years providing faithful service to our clients and a very sound environment for our employees.
Cons
Sometimes we get bad eggs in terms of individuals who come in as agents or even mid level managers. As do all companies. However, we do our very best to weed out bad apples prior to hiring or we locate them fast and get them out quick. We are always looking at ways to do a better job in training our employees and making sure through self and external auditing that we are providing a reliable service to our clients.
