    Pros

Great benefits, great people and a great place to work. The company goes out of its way to hire the right people.

    Cons

Not many. Some times promotions may be slow but that just depends on the contracts. As I stated before not many.

I have been working at Delta Resources full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Worked here for 5+ years. They are an awesome company with nice managers and employees. Senior leadership is approachable and open to suggestions.
Benefits- Great flex schedule options, health care, bonuses, Nats tickets!
Stability- They really try to keep their employees and worked hard during the recession to minimize impact to them. It's nice knowing that they will try to find another contract or spot to place you if your contract gets dropped or expires.
    Location.

    Cons

Salaries can be on the low end and it's difficult to negotiate upwards. Ability to switching between contracts or programs seems limited at times. Some managers don't give much coaching or guidance if you are new to the industry or right out of college.

    Advice to Management

Take more time with junior employees to train them. Consider matching more of the industry standards in salary so that you don't loose good people to other companies offering more money.

I have been working at Delta Resources full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Flexible work schedule (depending on what contract you work on)
-Owners attitudes, they are all very enthusiastic about the company and consistently show a genuine care for employees
-Benefits are great, better then most other companies within the industry
-Layoffs are rare, the company tries hard not to layoff employees even in a down economy

    Cons

-Middle Management - most have no idea what they are doing, on the positive side most are very nice
-Compensation - some of the lowest salaries in the industry, granted if you're male you will receive raises without having to beg and plead (in most cases without even asking)
-Advancement - There is little to no advancement opportunities, management positions are "given" to select employees there is no formal way to apply or interview for the opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Give some of the women a chance to advance to management positions

Position was defunded by the Government, ended up unemployed. Delta was not at fault in any way.

    Pros

Balance of work and personal life is great. A small company feel makes you realize the management cares about its employees. Work hard to keep employees happy.

    Cons

Because there are so many offices, it can sometimes be hard to feel connected to other employees within the company.

    Advice to Management

    None

    Pros

Great company to work for. They really care about their employees.

    Cons

Lack of growth but that is normal with a smaller company with a limited amount of contracts.
