    Pros

    I was able to get experience in PPC.

    Cons

    - The made countless promised to me that they couldn't keep. I was overworked doing crap work, because that is all they do for their clients. The whole purpose of the company was to build a money maker so they could sell off. Which is what they did. They give poor service and only care about their bottom line.

    Advice to Management

    Shut down the company and go do something honest and worthwhile with your life.

    Pros

    Deluxe Corporation is a good company to work for and it is not uncommon to see people who have worked for the company 20, 30, and even 40+ years. That speaks volumes about loyalty.

    Cons

    Bonuses are dependent upon an organization's profitability. Some organizations may get a full bonus where other organizations may get half or none. Good to ask questions when discussing compensation. Keep in mind there are no guarantees when it comes to bonuses.

    Advice to Management

    Value all input in your decision making processes.

    Pros

    For the most part, good people who know what they're doing.

    Cons

    Really top-heavy in management, Everyone's a VP of something. Not enough middle managers helping with the workload.
    Honestly, too many application developer 'consultants'. Some of whom are less than adequate.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to workloads.

    you can maintain work life balance easily.

    Pros

    Good pay. Decent benefits. Some pockets of excellence. Trying to create an excellent culture. Generous work from home policy for some teams. I did get to do some good work here. It's not stressful at all.

    Cons

    Not a lot of budget for innovation.

    I worked with three different teams. One completely shut me out. One wanting to be accepting, but was still pretty difficult to work with (lots of young men making stupid comments, cancelled meetings, no direction for the product or ability to help set a road map). One was amazing, supportive, accepting, and excellent. Your success and happiness really depends on what team you land with.

    Advice to Management

    Take those values you talk about and really hold people to them. Be aware that while you're working on diversity issues, there are still barriers to inclusivity.

    Pros

    Easy call flow/work load. Friendly co-workers.

    Cons

    Upper management makes changes to call flow without asking reps who actually take calls for input. Quality counts most for raise, which makes management super picky about how they grade and will find almost any little reason to not give you 100 on call. Some sneaky up-sells in call flow.
