Server industry is highly hit or miss and depending on the shifts given, despite the popularity of the restaurant. Can be high stress during busy weekend shifts.

-Incredibly high worker turnover -Overworks employees -Tense environment -Gross mismanagement -GMs and senior management are hypocritical and unreasonable -CEO is entirely disinterested in the locations that aren’t the ones he and his wife directly manage -Standards and values are not equally or consistently applied -Refused to fire a sexual predator who still works around their employed minors

Faith friendly environment weekly employee bible study offered fast paced/ never a dull moment high importance placed on quality very generous employer Christmas bonus PTO/Sick days and paid vacation days Meal card profanity and offensive language highly frowned upon/disciplined against

so fast paced you usually cant get everything done in a 10-11 hour day micromanaged building needs to be totally replaced faith focused in odd ways management does not get to attend the offered Bible study because they are so busy. rude guests progressive discipline not always followed if does not benefit the company/store/GM

The people you work with are usually great. Shifts go by fast, food is solid. Floor managers tend to be understanding.
Cons
If you are a good employee they will definitely not value you properly. You will be overused and underpaid. Just be a normal employee and you will be fine.

Pros
It always felt like a family environment working at Demos', was very easy to get along with most everyone.
Cons
Flexibility could sometimes be an issue, but the restaurant was always rapidly growing so more and more help was usually brought on.
