    I worked at Denitech full-time

    Pros

Vp is outstanding and shouldve been promoted when croft got fired.

    Cons

Training protocol and bs territory that have been picked over repeatedly

    Advice to Management

Get a corporate trainer who can train your sales people effectively.

I have been working at Denitech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

freedom working in the field, work with decent other field techs.

    Cons

no raises, no reviews- good or bad, no service team meetings- just quarterly Sales rah-rah-rah mtg, no territory integrity, don't put new parts on to fix it right-put used parts on first.....daily negative service parts usage beat down email from VP...extreme favoritism-same tech gets tech of the year last 3 years. Drive your own vehicle in the ground for a big 40 cents/mi. usage-doesn't cover it...not much future for younger guys.

    Advice to Management

Try to implement Xerox corp Service management processes and policies, start Team building, there's got to be something more to a tech than just go take service calls.

I worked at Denitech full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good Co-workers and Work Enviorment

    Cons

Lack of Training, Couple of Micro Managing Managers( The whole Company knows who they are at least for last 5-8 years) , Can't Grow with the company and You are stuck at one Position if you are a Tech. High Sales Turnover

    Advice to Management

Take time to know your employees and take care of them.

I have been working at Denitech full-time

    Pros

You get a paycheck. Sales team is wonderful.

    Cons

Admin is expected to do 2 and 3 people's jobs to get all of the work done. You are told not to rush but then told don't expect to work overtime.

    Advice to Management

Hire enough people. Get rid of the management idiots leading the admin team. Management talks to other employees behind people's backs about things that should stay behind closed doors. More than likely, the two people who need to go will discourage quality people within the organization.

    Pros

I have been here for five years and have found this to be the best work culture I have ever been associated with. In spite of Denitech being a sales and service oriented company there are opportunities for reward and recognition outside of sales. The company really tries to take care of its customers and has had the number one CCC in the U.S. the last three years in a row!

    Cons

The commute and traffic around the office is a hassle sometimes!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I have been working at Denitech full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The atmosphere was work hard, play hard and it was wonderful. I loved going into to work everyday, I looked forward to it.

    Cons

A recent management hire has sucked the life out of the whole floor. Everyone is walking on eggshells afraid to say one word wrong. Several people are looking for another job simply to avoid one manager. One person has done this to the detriment of the company.

    Advice to Management

Prepare for a mess when those that have been loyal 5,7,9,13 year long employees leave and no one knows what they do.

I have been working at Denitech (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good people, sometimes fun atmosphere

    Cons

Favoritism and unfair territory distribution!! Higher prices make it hard to get a sale; if you cut the price, you make no money. "Training" is non-existent. Procedures, rules, objectives constantly change. NO employee retention and they definitely don't care. I have seen amazing turnover.
