    Pros

    Few servers at a time so you get plenty of tables.

    Cons

    Server act as busser, cashier, and host as well as server. Customer from other countries don't know to or to tip at all.

    Good job. Stable. Good upper management. Willing to work with you for positive changes. Happy to be working there. Good pay rate and bonus structure.

    Cons

    Employees not showing up on time or quitting without notice. More difficult to find employees who speak north English and Spanish.

    Pros

    I loved the staff and majority of the managers. The food was excellent and customers were nice.

    Cons

    The owner was very strict to the point that a lot of employees resigned. Sometimes directions were not clear.

    Advice to Management

    Remember that people are not perfect and that everyone makes mistakes. Make sure that when instructions are given they are very clear and when firing an employee have a legitimate reason to tell them.

    Pros

    very flexible with schedules if you’re a part time or full time student. very friendly and social atmosphere with lots of funny down to earth coworkers.

    Cons

    not so great on giving full shifts and cut hours kind of selfishly. management isn’t too good on making sure everybody is doing their job so it takes a toll on the people who are.

    check side works and offer more and better hours for people. offer more overtime and extra lay during holidays

    Pros

    Being a busser helped me learn how to work with diffrent people to get things done faster. It also helped me appreciate a job

    Cons

    No communication and lack of team work can make things much harder and frustrating then need be.

    Advice to Management

    Keep thinking of ways to draw people in the building as far as leading as an example and keeping high standards . Talking about customers and workers. Character draws people in if product doesn’t attract them.
