    Pros

    Dennys promotes from within. I started as a server and moved easily into managment in a short period of time.

    Cons

    Biggest down side would be the "we never close" schedule.

    countless cons, pay, revolving management, broken equipment etc

    Ownership development of business sense, development of people skills

    Cons

    Too big of coporation , forgot what got them to #1. People development.

    Do waste your time with undercover management, listen to the people running your restaurants, you have very talented personel.

    Pay could be better, was their 8 years and not much of a raise.

    i loved the customer and they do have very good values and morals with in the company and im very proud to work there

    Cons

    the cons have to do with owners and general manager making up there own rules that really don't belong in the company and give the wrong impression to the customer service they receive when at these stores. it is very bad for business. then the owner or the general manager will firer you for doing them the way that have told you. just to get rid of you and then say that you are breaking their rules of the company which you really are only breaking the rules that they told you to do !!!!! so not fair

    stay with what dennys has put to work years ago it work and they don't need you to get them sued
