    Great benefits. Decent corporate support. The ability to manage with your own creativity and ideas.

    Wages are at the lower end of the spectrum. High turnover with staff.

    Pros

    Very Busy practice, you never have to worry about your schedule not being full. Plenty of work for all docs and great to learn from other doctors in a multi-specialty environment.

    Some areas were disorganized, high turnover of support staff and dentists.

    Pros

    The pay was decent benefits are average.

    Cons

    High turnover, low pay for office and clinical staff. Micromanaging environment. Middle management is lacking in business acumen and leadership skills. Understaffed on the office level yet middle management level has excessive amount of employees that interfere with practice operations, moving staff and providers from one office to another disrupting the productivity of the practices
