    Pros

    The hiring manager, local manager, and the rest of the employees are very welcoming and nice. They make you feel like part of the family no matter how long you've been working there. Everyone is serious about their job and I love how they know their patients when they walk through the door. In most places, your'e just another face.

    I have nothing negative to say about this company.

    Pros

    my first 60 days have been good so far. i enjoy my coworkers/doctors they are very helpful whenever i need help. i appreciate being offered benefits and dental because i at my previous jobs they did not have any kind of benefits so that will come in handy.

    i haven't experience any cons so far that i can think of

    DentalOne has great hardworking people and a fun atmosphere. There is a lot of change going on and it appears to be working great. I look forward to going to work every day!

    Significant change can be hard, but ultimately rewarding.

    Pros

    It's a time of tremendous growth and opportunity - we have an established market presence but are looking to reach new levels, so the excitement is contagious!

    Cons

    I really don't have any downsides to offer. We work hard, it's a high energy, rapid paced environment, and the rewards are fantastic. This is a place for people who like to "do" instead of wait.

    get that 401K figured out!

    The software program! Complicated!

    Advice to Management

    All the offices should be set up the same way. I'm a traveling assistant and it's so hard to to go from office to office and they not be set up the same way.

    Pros

    Great and very inteligent coworkers
    Continously learning something new
    Excellent work environment (quiet, nice cubes)
    Excellent location, lots of restaurants/shops near by

    Cons

    Lack of communication
    Trying to implement too many changes in a short period of time
    Benefits are not great (no 401k match, medical high deductibles/copays)
    Pto/sick combined (3 weeks)
    Short staffed in many departments
    Long work hours, often including weekends

    Advice to Management

    Implement 401k match, improve other benefits, value your employees, improve communication. Spend more time analyzing and planning any new changes. Hire more employees in the practices and in the corporate office.
