    I worked at Dentsu Mobius

    Pros

People here are creative and want to be ground-shakers. The upper management is easy to talk to and it's a flat hierarchy. The office is rather open and the physical environment is rather conducive for creative work. Staff get recognized for their work. There seems to be an emphasis on staff development where each staff charts their own growth goals and the agency will try to help meet them, if the staff isn't too busy...

    Cons

Some hires don't pull their weight in their positions. Deep underlying human resource management issue. As a result, some staff have to carry a workload way heavier than they should and don't have time for the various Friday chill sessions or parties, or to carry out what they want to achieve in their growth plans, which is a real pity.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be better human resource management.
