    Pros

    We have flexi-time until 9:30am. We also have 15-minute break in the afternoon.
    Quite a high salary for an entry-level job.
    Everyone's friendly. I know every single one of my officemates.
    Our department's head is just like our older brother.

    Cons

    Weak career pathing: it feels like it is already a dead end for me.
    Very hectic schedule.
    Lack of employees so you are like doing tasks all by yourself that were supposed to be done by 3 to 5 people.
