The truth: A company that does not have your best interest at heart
Mar 7, 2022 - ReceptionRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Catered lunches occasionally, some patients make the day. Co workers. Being able to decorate on holidays.
Cons
Over worked- expectation of checking in and out over 100 patients, creating a line with unhappy patients who take it out on you. Other receptionists leave their stack of work for someone else to carry out. Management will take a hostile patients concerns over your own even if they were wrong, doctors over pack their schedule having almost no time for each patient just to get in as much money, I mean as many appointments as they can. Biggest con is management. They've lost so many good and hard working people over the misjudgement of a power hungry manager. Pay raises are something of a foreign language here- they don't give you one over years, and when you ask for one it's a huge hassle. Even if you've been on time daily and finish your work, it won't be worth a raise to them.

A Successful and Growing Company
May 11, 2022 - Regional Practice Manager, Eastern Division in Philadelphia, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
As the Regional Practice Manager, covering multiple locations, my day to day is very challenging, but rewarding. It takes a team to get all the work done. I'm proud of the providers and staff that I work with everyday. I value and enjoy the professional relationships I have built within each location. I feel privileged to be the one chosen for the Regional Practice Manager position. I have first hand support from top leadership. They always make it a point to be available to me when needed. We have basically doubled our size over the past three years. I continue to be excited to be part of such a fast paced growing medical practice. More importantly to be a part of a practice that gives nothing less than excellent patient care.
Cons
No reimbursement for travel/gas/parking garages.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We are happy to hear that you receive the needed support to help you with your day to day management of the offices. We are also excited for the pending growth and opportunities that will come with it! Thank you for letting us know that reimbursement for travel expenses is a concern. When organizations grow, it becomes important to look at current policies and determine if they still apply or if they need to be adjusted. We are happy you are on the DP team!

Great staff and patient care
May 4, 2022 - Manager in Douglassville, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The work environment is great! Our providers always deliver the best patient care. We would not be able to have such great patient care without our amazing staff at every level. Our providers are able to see their patients and practice as they see fit. Everyone in the administration team is approachable and make their rounds into all offices regularly. There is always growth from within. There are many benefits that all full time employees are eligible for. 401k that is matched up to 4%. PTO that you earn immediately and are eligible to use after 90 days of employment , health insurance , and a life insurance policy. Continued training and advancement in every department throughout the company for anyone looking to take on new tasks and grow.
